Since January 1st, 2014 Estonian transmission system operator Elering AS, on behalf of Latvian transmission system operator AS “Augstsprieguma tīkls” and Elering AS, as the Allocation Platform has performed Limited Physical Transmission Rights (PTR-Limited) auctions on Estonia-Latvia border in direction from Estonia to Latvia. AS “Augstsprieguma tīkls” based on the mutual agreement with Elering AS is taking over the operations of the Allocation Platform for PTR-Limited auctions starting from 30th November 2016.

On 14 December 2016 auctions for the 1st Quarter of 2017 will be held according to the Auction specification issued by AS “Augstsprieguma tīkls” and Elering AS. All auctions and settlements for the year 2016 products will be organized by Elering AS based on the Auction specification for the year 2016.

Registered market participants of the PTR-Limited auctions for the year 2016 will be contacted individually by the representative of AS “Augstsprieguma tīkls”.
