Transmission tariff

The Public Utilities Commission approved the differentiated tariffs (excl. VAT) of the Electricity Transmission System services by the Decision of the Board No. 153 “On Tariffs of the Electricity Transmission System Services of Augstsprieguma tīkls AS” issued on 26 November 2020 also laying down that the approved tariffs come into force on 1 January 2021.

In accordance with the Regulations No.50 p.65.9 “Regulations on the Rate of the State Fee for Public Service Regulation and the Payment Procedure” issued by the Cabinet of Ministers on 21 January 2014 charge for the reactive energy is 0.004 EUR/kVArh if tgφ is bigger than 0.4 (cosφ is less than 0.929) and according to p.67 charge for the reactive energy supplied to the TSO network is 0.0013 EUR/kVArh.
