TSOs of Baltic Capacity Calculation Region (CCR) launch a public consultation via ENTSO-E on the proposal for amendments of the market-based methodology of cross-zonal capacity allocation for the exchange of balancing capacity or sharing of reserves, in accordance with Article 41 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/2195 of 23 November 2017 establishing a guideline on electricity balancing. This proposal covers the Baltic Capacity Calculation Region. The consultation is open from 13th of August to 13th of September 2024.
