Announcements

The medium-term operating strategy of Augstsprieguma tīkls Group (the Group) through 2030 has been approved. The Group – comprising the electricity transmission system operator AS “Augstsprieguma tīkls” (AST) and the unified natural gas transmission and storage system operator Conexus Baltic Grid (Conexus) – has set a strategic objective to ensure the security of Latvia’s energy supply by delivering continuous, high-quality and accessible energy transmission services, ensuring the sustainable management of state-strategic energy infrastructure and supporting its integration into the European Union’s internal energy market.

Latvia’s Energy Strategy 2050, evolving geopolitical landscape and ongoing changes in the energy sector and globally will continue to drive industry transformation and form the basis for the Group's medium term operating strategy for 2026–2030. A summary of the Group’s strategy is available at https://www.ast.lv/en/content/goal-and-strategy.
