At the shareholders’ meeting of JSC "Augstsprieguma tīkls" (AST) held on March 31, 2025, incumbent members – Inga Liepa and Roberts Ikaunieks were re-elected to the AST Audit Committee, while Olga Bogdanova was newly elected from the AST Supervisory Board.

The term of office of all three members of the Audit Committee is set until March 31, 2028, with O.Bogdanova holding the position no longer than until the end of the term of office of the Supervisory Board.
