In order to establish deliberate and effective energy certificate system operation, the Latvian transmission system operator AS "Augstsprieguma tikls" (AST) organized public consultations in time period from 10th to 23rd September 2020 on developed documentation drafts that will set rules and principles for energy certificate system in Latvia.

The purpose of the public consultation was to gather stakeholder views on the developed documentation by AST. Finalizing the results, AST created summary containing public consultation comments and suggestion as well as includes added answers and comments from AST.

AST would like to thank all the participants who contributed in this public consultation.
