Baltic TSOs are planning to continue to apply in 2015 capacity calculation and capacity allocation within Baltic States and with 3rd countries (Russia and Belorussia) rules following the methodology applied in 2014. Latvian electricity market participants have been informed about this decision in the meeting of 27 October 2014 of Latvian electricity Market Council.

• On the Estonian-Latvian cross-border based on “Temporary agreement on the principles of calculation and allocation of the cross-border capacity within Estonian and Latvian power systems”;
• On the Latvian-Lithuanian cross-border based on “Agreement on the principles of calculation and allocation of the cross-border capacity within Latvian and Lithuanian power systems”;
• On the Lithuanian borders based on “Lithuanian TSO rules on calculation and allocation of interconnection capacities assigned for electricity trade”.
