TSOs of Baltic Capacity Calculation Region (CCR) launch a public consultation via ENTSO-E on the revised proposal on the Methodology for Cross-Zonal Capacity Calculation within The Balancing Timeframe for the exchange of balancing energy, in accordance with Article 37(3) of Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/2195 of 23 November 2017 establishing a guideline on electricity balancing. This proposal covers the Baltic Capacity Calculation Region. The consultation is open from 22nd of March to 21st of April 2023.
